Warranty Policy

1. Overview

All 3xRelax massage chairs are fully assembled, factory-tested for performance and reliability, and shipped ready-to-use. Our warranty program is designed to provide strong after-sales support, including on-site repair for core components and convenient replacement part delivery.

2. 2-Year Free Warranty

  • Full coverage: All manufacturing defects and malfunctions are covered.
  • Core component support: If any core components (motors, airbags, main board, power supply, track system, heating module, etc.) fail, we provide on-site repair service at your address.
  • Replaceable parts: If the issue involves non-core replaceable parts (remote control, arm panels, cushions, covers, connectors, small accessories), we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge and provide video guidance.
  • Costs covered: All necessary parts and all shipping fees are fully covered by 3xRelax.
  • Support: Professional online support + one-on-one video troubleshooting.
  • Response time: Typically within 24–48 hours.
  • Replacement/repair timeline: On-site repair scheduling or part shipment usually arranged within 5–7 business days after RMA approval.

How to request service: Contact our support team via cs@3xrelax.com or online chat. Provide your order number, purchase date, and issue details (photos/videos recommended). We will diagnose the issue and determine whether on-site repair or replacement part shipment is required.

Note: All core component issues are eligible for on-site repair during the free warranty period.

3. 10-Year Paid Warranty

  • Coverage: All manufacturing defects and malfunctions remain covered throughout the paid extended warranty.
  • Core component support: Eligible for on-site repair service at your location.
  • Replaceable parts: Shipped directly to you with free delivery, together with remote/video support.
  • Response time: 24–48 hours.
  • Repair/part dispatch timeline: Typically 5–7 business days after approval.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components (upholstery, padding, remote controls)
  • Damage from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or non-approved parts
  • Damage resulting from transportation after initial delivery
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

5. How to Request Warranty Service

  • Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed issue description.
  • Include photos or videos to help us diagnose quickly.
  • We will determine whether the issue requires on-site repair or replacement parts sent by courier.
  • An RMA will be issued if needed for part replacement or component repair.
Costs: All on-site repair services for core components and all replacement parts (including shipping) are covered during the free or extended warranty. After the warranty expires, part costs and service fees become the responsibility of the customer.

6. Additional Information

  • Products may need to be returned in their original packaging for certain repairs.
  • 3xRelax reserves the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty service is limited to the country of purchase in accordance with local regulations.
