All our massage chairs are fully assembled, factory-tested for performance and reliability, and shipped ready-to-use. Our warranty program is designed to ensure your satisfaction and support throughout your ownership experience.

2. 2-Year Free Warranty

We offer a 2-year free product warranty starting from the date of delivery. During this period:

  • All manufacturing defects and malfunctions are covered free of charge.
  • We provide professional online customer support to assist with troubleshooting, parts replacement, or any product-related inquiries.
  • Simply contact our support team to arrange service or replacement.

3. 10-Year Paid Warranty

After the initial 2-year free warranty period, you may extend your coverage with our 10-year paid warranty. This covers repairs and replacements due to normal wear and tear or other qualifying issues not caused by user misuse.

4. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear of components (e.g., upholstery, padding, remote controls).
  • Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-approved parts.
  • Damage resulting from shipping after initial delivery.
  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect product functionality.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include clear photos or videos if possible, to help us assess the problem faster.
  4. Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if a replacement or repair is required.
  5. Send the product back following the instructions provided by our support team. Return shipping charges may apply for paid warranty claims.

6. Additional Information

  • Products must be in their original packaging for warranty returns. Additional charges may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
