All 3xRelax massage chairs are fully assembled, factory-tested, and shipped ready-to-use. Our warranty provides on-site repair for core components and convenient replacement part delivery.

2. 3-Year Free Warranty

  • Full coverage: Manufacturing defects & malfunctions
  • Core components: Motors, airbags, main board, power supply, track system, heating module – repaired on-site
  • Replaceable parts: Remote, arm panels, cushions, covers, connectors, small accessories – shipped with video guidance
  • Costs covered: All parts & shipping included
  • Support: Online + 1-on-1 video troubleshooting
  • Response time: 24–48 hours
  • Repair/shipment timeline: Usually 5–7 business days after RMA approval

3. 5-Year Paid Warranty

  • Covers manufacturing defects & malfunctions
  • Core components: On-site repair available
  • Replaceable parts: Shipped with free delivery & remote/video support
  • Response time: 24–48 hours
  • Repair/shipment timeline: Usually 5–7 business days after approval

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear & tear (upholstery, padding, remote)
  • Improper installation, unauthorized modification, non-approved parts
  • Damage from transportation after delivery
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

5. How to Request Service
