3xRelax Sample Unit Program

Objective: Provide influencers with a trial massage chair (sample unit) to promote and sell products via social media.

Terms & Conditions

1. Initial Sample Unit Provision:

   3xRelax will provide 1 massage chair as a sample unit for the first month.

2. Monthly Evaluation:

   Each month is counted individually. If the influencer generates 5 confirmed orders (orders delivered to customers) within the month, they can keep the sample unit at no rental cost.

3. Rental Fee:

   If fewer than 5 confirmed orders are generated, the influencer must return the sample unit. A $400 rental fee applies if the target is not met. Shipping costs for returning the sample unit will be covered by 3xRelax.

4. Commission:

   5% commission per confirmed order. If the first month target is met, the commission rate for the next month can be renegotiated to be up to tripple.

5. Agreement:

   Both parties will sign an online agreement outlining these terms. The agreement includes responsibilities, order tracking, payment timelines, sample unit return procedures, and social media compliance.

Note: Detailed terms will be governed by the agreement finalized between the influencer and 3xRelax.
